1 Order & Booking
- Minimum Order Value: Orders must meet a specified minimum purchase amount to be processed successfully.
- Order Confirmation: Submitting a request on the website constitutes an enquiry. Orders are finalized only after confirmation from our customer support team.
2 Payment Terms
- Advance Payment: Full (100%) advance payment is required prior to order packing and dispatch.
- Accepted Payment Methods: Payments can be made via UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), Net Banking, or Direct Bank Transfer.
3 Shipping & Delivery
- Freight Charges Extra: Delivery and transportation costs are not included in the product price and must be paid directly to the transport agency upon collection.
- No Courier Delivery: In compliance with explosive safety regulations, crackers cannot be shipped via standard postal or courier services. Orders are dispatched strictly through licensed transport carriers.
- Hub Collection: Products must be collected from the nearest transport branch/hub in your locality. Local door delivery is subject to carrier availability.
4 Product Substitution
- In the event that a specific item is out of stock, it will be replaced with an equivalent product of equal or higher value and quality.
5 Cancellation & Refunds
- Orders cancelled after packing or dispatch may incur a cancellation fee (typically 15% to 25%).
- Any transportation or return freight costs associated with a cancelled order must be borne by the customer.
6 Safety & Disclaimer
- Products must be handled and ignited strictly in accordance with the safety instructions printed on the packaging.
- Sudharsan Crackers is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from improper usage, negligence, or failure to follow safety guidelines.
